Delete your account
You can delete your NoPeek Messenger account at any time. There are two ways to do it.
1. Fastest: delete from inside the app
Open NoPeek Messenger and go to Settings → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing DELETE. Your account is deleted immediately, and the app wipes its local data and returns to the sign-in screen.
2. Or request deletion here
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, enter the email address associated with your account. We process web requests manually.
Submitting this form does not require you to verify the email address, so to protect account owners we will not confirm or deny whether an account exists for any address. If one does, it will be deleted within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account record and profile (name, photo, title, status, @handle)
- Your sign-in credentials
- Registered devices, sessions, and push notification tokens
- Organization and group memberships
- Your encrypted key backups and encryption key material
- Blocks, invites, and other account-linked records
Messages you sent to other people remain on their devices and, on our servers, only as end-to-end encrypted ciphertext we cannot read — the same as WhatsApp. Because your encryption keys are deleted with your account, your end-to-end encrypted message history is permanently unrecoverable. Deletion cannot be undone.
Limited records may be retained where the law requires it (for example audit and billing records), as described in our Privacy Policy (Sections 9–10).
